About Us

Background

Preston Hedge’s Primary School is a large two form entry primary school on the west of Northampton, close to junction 15 of the M1.

We currently have 420 pupils on roll who come from our local community of Wootton Fields and Wootton Village.

We are proud to be an outstanding school, as it recognises the hard work and commitment of our wonderful children, our talented team and our supportive parents.

We pride ourselves on providing our children with the very best creative experiences and opportunities and have evident strengths in the Creative and Visual Arts.

We believe our unique curriculum is the vehicle for lifelong learning.  We don’t just give our children curriculum experiences, we light the fire of creativity!

In 2019 our children will study Mandarin, Photography, Fashion & Design, Graffiti Art & Conservation and much, much more.
